Richard Carrick is 35 year veteran of the travel industry. Most recently he was, CEO of Hoseasons, the UK’s leading domestic holiday business which was sold to Wyndham Worldwide in March 2010. He was previously on the board of MyTravel plc as CEO of Global Development, having previously been MyTravel…’s UK CEO. Richard started his career as a senior lecturer and consultant in tourism development and marketing. Prior positions also include Marketing Director at Airtours, Forte Hotels & Restaurants, Saga Holidays & the International Leisure Group. He has vast experience of selling holidays of all types throughout the world. In his spare time Richard is a frustrated lifelong supporter of Sheffield United & enjoys road-running & sports cars.
